A founding seat in Second Run, a web service that re-publishes posts you have selected from your own X account, two to three per day, with a minimum gap of 60 days between repeats. Access is granted through a login link sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
Second Run is not affiliated with X Corp. and depends on X's public API remaining available. If X withdraws or materially restricts that access, the service may have to be discontinued; in that case you are refunded pro rata for the remainder of your paid period.
The founding seat costs USD 49.00 for the first twelve months, then USD 12.00 per month, cancellable at any time. Payment is handled by Stripe. Pursuant to § 19 UStG (small business regulation) no VAT is charged.
The service is delivered within 7 days of your purchase. If that deadline is missed, you receive a full refund on request, without further conditions.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise this right you must inform us — Niklas Schwarz, Riezlerstraße 97, 85051 Ingolstadt, Germany, helpsecondrun@gmail.com — by a clear statement (for example, an email). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your notice before the period expires.
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
For digital content and digital services, your right of withdrawal expires before the end of the 14-day period if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before that period ends and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB). We ask for this consent separately; if you do not give it, performance begins after the withdrawal period has expired.
