Our hosting provider is based in the United States, so personal data may be processed there. Such transfers are safeguarded by the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR and, where the provider is certified, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
If you submit your email address, it is used solely to notify you once when the product launches. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw it at any time by email, and the address will then be deleted. It is never passed to third parties for advertising.
Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. The data you enter during checkout is transmitted directly to Stripe; we never receive complete payment details. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract.
